These Olympic rings were hanging from Tower Bridge in London.

The rings have been made so that they look exactly the same when seen from the other side of the bridge.

What colour would you expect to see on the back of the green ring? Do the rings overlap each other in the same way when viewed from the other side?

Looking from this side, suppose that the black and red rings broke away from the bridge but the blue ring remained attached. Imagine the five rings hanging down but still linked together. Draw a sketch of what this would look like.

The blue ring would be at the top. What colour ring would you see at the bottom?
